This is an easy-to-prepare healthy snack,So fast-food people won’t pull back.

In VCO brown Coco Flour and oat flakes,(The same mixture can be used for cakes)

When cool, add Cacao Nibs and mix.To serve, wrap a morsel in a lettuce leaf.

In a faraway land named Egypt,They serve something called ‘dukkah.

A dry mixture of chopped nuts,Spices and seeds and seasoning.

Conscious Consumers making a difference

Each Month we will show you our graph of contributions made by the Nui Generation and our partners to our fund aimed at providing micro development for communities in the South pacific -

So far investments in community infrastructure and local enterprise from African Pacific has included more than $40,000.
Since July 2008 Nui customers have directly contributed more than $7100 to our funding.

We are now about to create the Nui Foundation as trustee for our community partners to have equity in the brand and to independently manage the funds contributed directly from Nui sales.

We look forward to updating you on our progress through this blog and our intention is to have a live updated graph on our website very soon.
